Next 5hr Coaching session - Sunday April 7th

Few spaces available for the next 5hr coaching seminar  - covering the grading requirements of the Total Body Defence ju jitsu system as well as providing personal coaching and development for attendees.

These coaching sessions are suitable for current members at all levels and school owners alike and students and Instructors outside of the Total Body Defence organisation who are interested in following an instructor’s programme with the aim of becoming a franchisee of TBD once qualified.

All the sessions are filmed and a copy of the instruction will be given to each attendee to assist in their development
