Become a TBD Instructor

The Total Body Defence company continues to grow, with more representative instructors soon to be announced in Wales, but also further afield including London and Greece.

If you are interested in the Total Body Defence system and are self driven and passionate about instructing, then why not enquire about becoming a formal TBD instructor.

We offer full association to the British Ju Jitsu association, formal coaching, training and insurance etc.
